X-ONU-SFPP (XGSPON)

The X-ONU-SFPP is an SFP+ XGS-PON SC/APC ONT module designed to replace bulky ISP gateway hardware on compatible services. Each unit ships pre-flashed with the latest 8311 community firmware and the Azores bootloader for a reliable recovery path if it’s ever needed. We flash these ourselves. 

Key features

• WAS-110 alternative (can be used interchangeably)
• SC/APC fiber connector (AT&T, Bell Canada and more)
• XGS-PON wavelengths: 1270nm upstream / 1577nm downstream
  

Compatibility & requirements

• XGS-PON only (please verify before purchase)
• Requires a 10G SFP+ host (router/switch/NIC/media converter)
• This is an ONT, not a router - you still need your own router/firewall
• Module configured correctly for your ISP (see PON.wiki guides)

Cooling (important)

Both the WAS-110 and X-ONU-SFPP run hot. Active cooling is strongly recommended for longevity (Check out our cooler options in my store or DIY options via the 8311 community)
