Cooler Hardware Kits

M3 Screws / brass heat-set threaded inserts used in my printed cooler designs for strong, repeatable and secure connections.

Installation

• Install using a soldering iron (2-3mm conical or insert tip)
• Suggested temp: ~220 °C
• Press in slowly and keep the insert square to avoid leaning
• Let the part cool before installing a screw

What is included?

• Direct Mount Cooler: (enough for 1 cooler)
  • 1x M2 x 6 black nickel screw 
  • 1x M2x4 brass insert
    
    
• UCGF Cooler: (enough for 1 cooler)
  • 2x M3x8 Blue dyed zinc screw
  • 2x M3x4 brass insert
